All Wholesale Straw Bags are handcrafted by skilled women artisans in Morocco. We are honored to collaborate with these talented artisans whose mission is to preserve their heritage craft in Morocco. Each bag is meticulously handwoven from locally sourced materials, with every sequin individually hand-applied, making each creation truly unique. While small imperfections may occur, they are a hallmark of the craftsmanship and authenticity behind each piece. Because every bag is made by hand, no two are exactly alike!

By purchasing a Wholesale Straw Bag, you are directly supporting these artisans and their families, helping to sustain this traditional craft and pass it on to future generations.

Returns

Our bags are all handmade, handwoven, and hand sequined, and are subject to small imperfections. Due to the delicate nature of these bags, we do accept returns.

We pride ourselves on operating with honesty, integrity, and respect for our customers. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or if it arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at hello@wholesalestrawbag.com or through the "Contact Us" section on our website.

Any exchanges must be shipped to our return department and postmarked within 14 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund after this 14-day period.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for any lost or missing packages during return shipping.

Refund Requirements

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product is defective
  • The product is not as described
  • The product is unused
  • The product is undamaged

All returns will be inspected to ensure they meet these criteria. If the product does not meet the listed conditions, we reserve the right to deny a refund.

Proof of Purchase

To process a refund, an online return form must be completed. For in-store purchases, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Without the necessary proof of purchase, we will not be able to issue a refund but will provide store credit instead.

Sale & Clearance Items

Only full-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or clearance items are not returnable.

Shipping Items

Please ensure that returned items are properly packaged to avoid damage during transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what is necessary for inspection, we may reject the refund.
